Are you new to Pilates?

Start with our intro offer: 3 group classes for $69. It's perfect for getting a feel for our studio and teaching style. If you’d prefer more individual attention, book a private session to build confidence before jumping into a group class.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Please avoid zippers and heavy lotions to protect our equipment. We provide all the necessary props and apparatus.

We suggest beginning with our Beginner Pilates class. If you’d like more one-on-one guidance, private sessions are also a great choice.
Group Classes

Classes are 50 minutes and focus on full-body movement, including core strength, mobility, balance, and breath. We use reformers, the Bodhi suspension system, and a variety of props to keep things interesting and adaptable for all levels.

Yes. All packages have expiration dates based on the purchase date:
5-pack: 60 days
10-pack: 90 days
20-pack: 180 days

If a spot opens up, you’ll receive an email or text notification asking you to confirm. Make sure your MindBody notifications are turned on. If you don’t confirm, your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

Head to our Group Classes page to view the schedule and reserve your spot. Creating an account is quick and easy: choose your preferred time and instructor, then check out online. Walk-ins are always welcome, but classes often reach capacity, so we recommend reserving in advance through our website or the Core Pilates app to guarantee your place. Don’t forget to take advantage of our special intro offer of 3 classes for just $69. If you need any help along the way, our team is always just a phone call or email away.

REFUNDS + MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP POLICIES: All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Auto-pay memberships are charged on the same day of every month from the time of sign up. If you need to cancel your monthly auto-pay membership, you must log into your account from a desktop and cancel your membership before your next billing date. All auto-pay memberships require a three (3) month commitment before a cancellation of membership can be made.
SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS: While we don’t honor cancellations due to instructor substitution. We understand clients have preferred instructors but if we allowed clients to cancel for that reason our substitute instructors would become less willing to cover classes. We also understand that teaching styles may vary but we still provide a class.
DECLINED AUTO-PAYMENTS: If payment for an auto-pay membership is declined, clients have five (5) days to update their payment information on file. After this period, a second attempt to process payment will be made. If payment is unsuccessful at this time all future bookings will automatically be cancelled.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE: Auto-renewing memberships may be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months within a 12-month period.To request a freeze, complete and submit a freeze request form in-studio or by emailing info@somospilates.com to request one. Requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Freeze periods must align with your billing cycle (e.g., if your billing date is the 21st, the freeze runs from the 21st of one month to the 21st of the next).During a freeze, any existing reservations will be canceled upon processing. You will be able to purchase drop-in classes.
WAITLIST PROCEDURE: When a spot becomes available in a class, our system will send an automated message to the first person on the waitlist asking them to accept. If they decline or do not respond within two hours, the spot will be offered to the next person in line until the spot is filled. Once a spot is accepted it is considered a regular booking and the 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can only be done through the Somos Pilates app or website. We do not accept cancellations by text, email or phone. Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance to prevent a late cancellation fee. Any Class packs, Singles, Privates and Duets will forfeit a session.
BE ON TIME: Your spot is guaranteed for the first 5 minutes of class. Walk-ins past the 5-minute mark are not allowed to enter class for safety reasons and respect to other clients. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be considered a ‘late cancel’.
Private Sessions
